CONSULTATION
New Patients
Your first visit to my dental surgery will hopefully form the foundation of a long relationship of ongoing dental excellence. It is a time for me to get to know you, but more importantly, for you to get to know me, and start to feel at ease in our dental surrounds.
I believe that getting to know my patients as individuals is a vital element in maximizing their dental health. New patients are the lifeblood of my practice, and all are welcome.
In the 30 minute initial consultation I will gain a full and thorough dental history, and perform detailed examinations of not only your teeth, but also your gums, tongue and jaw joints. Dental x-rays are recommended to be done every 2-3 years, and these are usually taken at the first visit as well.
Your records of previous dental care provide an invaluable source of information for me. With your permission we can request your records be sent from your previous Dentist to us and then incorporated into our notes.

Payment options
For large treatment plans, we are happy to discuss a payment schedule. This is subject to prior approval with your Dentist.
Insurance
We offer a competitive insurance plan for children under the age of 18 called Practice Plan. This covers your children for most eventualities that may occur in their mouths. If you have private dental insurance we are happy to complete your claim forms here.
