30 Beaumont Street Dental practice has been established since 1933. There are 3 dentists within the practice as well as 2 hygienists all working hard to enhance your dental health.

All dentists, hygienists and nurses attend regular courses and seminars to ensure they are up to date with all the latest advances, and refresh established knowledge. The practice is compliant with all CQC and General Dental Council regulations.

The practice has a small car park to the rear of the practice, however during busy times there is pay-and-display on Beaumont Streetreet, Wellington Square and St Giles. Gloucester Green covered car park is directly opposite us.

If you do not wish to drive into Oxford, then the Oxford Park and ride system will drop you very close to the practice, and Oxford train station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Joel Winter is an excellent dentist, I highly recommend a visit! Joel has that rare combination of brilliant technical skill and a calm but fun “chair side” manner. I’ve been a patient of Joel’s for years and so are the rest of my family, the kids love a visit to see Joel. The location is great too, take in the sights and visit shops around Oxford.

I’ve been a patient of Joel’s now for over 16 years, and I have to say you’ll be hard pressed to find a better dentist. He will always take the time to discuss any issues with your teeth and make you feel comfortable before any treatment. Over the years I’ve had a root canal treatment and various fillings, and Joel has always done a top-notch job. When I moved to London, and later when he moved his practice to Oxford, I decided to continue seeing Joel, as the trip in from London is well worth knowing that I’ll be getting the same quality of care from Joel.

I felt anxious during dental appointments previous to seeing Joel. My previous experience included fillings that didn’t last and anxiety prior to injections and cleans. A completely different experience with Joel. Joel is professional, friendly and calming. He fitted two veneers which completely changed my smiling confidence. They were fitted 15 years ago and remain perfect - they were fitted so neatly to the gum line and appear completely natural. I would highly recommend Joel - he’s a perfectionist in dental practice.

We’ve been seeing Joel for years now and he’s always professional and reassuring. My autistic daughter is always settled to visit Joel too as he’s fun yet calm.

A massive thank you to Mr Winter for making my kids feel so much at ease for their recent trip to the dentist. Even though my son needed his poorly tooth extracting after a nasty fall, Mr Winter made it as relaxing an experience as it could have been, and my son is definitely not scared of going back to see him!

Joel explains what he has seen and what the implications might be and what he envisages needs to be done going forward in terms that a non-dentist can understand. He is able to lighten the mood when required and has a friendly demeanour. These reasons, and others, have kept myself and my family frequenting Joel for many years.
